The International Conference on Molecular Ultrafast Science and Technology is postponed to September 2021. The new dates for MUST2021 will be announced soon.
Registration and payment will open in early 2021 and are possible until July 31, 2021. The registration fees are 400 CHF for BSc, MSc and PhD students, and 600 CHF for all other participants. In case the registration deadline is extended, the regular fees will be effective until the new deadline.
Phishing warning: please NOTE that the MUST2021 organisers have NOT made arrangements with external companies, who claim to act on our behalf. Hotel arrangements should be made directly with the Hotel Sunstar or other hotels in Grindelwald.
Payments are only possible by Credit Card via the registration page. Upon registration and payment, each participant will receive an electronic confirmation. On-site registration is not possible. If a participant has not received the official registration confirmation within 3 days after his/her payment, he/she must contact the conference organization office at email@example.com. Registrations received without payment will not be processed and confirmed. Your registration will be effective only after full payment by the participant. Admittance to the conference without full registration including payment of the registration fee cannot be granted.
Included in registration fee
The conference fees comprise exclusively: Attendance to all plenary sessions, oral sessions and visual presentations, as well as special sessions, award sessions, and poster exhibition. The conference fees include all coffee breaks, lunch breaks on September 12, 13, 14, and 15th, the Get-Together Apéro on September 12th, buffet dinners on September 13 and 15, and the conference dinner on September 14.
The fees do not comprise travelling and accommodation costs. Travel and accommodation should be arranged individually by the participants.
If circumstances, or policies in your organization change, and you can no longer attend MUST2021 conference, you can cancel your registration and receive a refund of your paid registration fee, less a CHF 160 cancellation fee, up to August 10, 2021. After August 10, 2021 we will not be able to refund your registration if you cancel. However, you can make a substitution at any time. Substitutions are allowed with the written permission of the original registrant. You may submit your request via email or mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you don’t attend the Conference and have paid your registration fee, you will not be refunded.
Please note that cancelling your registration does not cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations.
